Peanut Chocolate Banana Bread

  • ¾-1 cup sugar (1 cup may be too sweet)
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup mashed banana (2 medium)
  • 2 cup Prairie Gold flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup milk chocolate chips

 

 

Mix up as a quick bread. Pour into sprayed bread pan. Top with ¼ cup milk chocolate chips & 1/3 cup chopped peanuts. Bake 60 minutes at 350°. Cool 10 minutes & remove from pan.
