  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 4 Tbsp oil
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 Tsp salt
  • milk to desired consistency


Beat eggs and add remaining ingredients. Cook as pancakes! The baking powder makes these wonderfully fluffy! A

 great secret is to add some vanilla bean flavored yogurt

 as you are mixing the wet ingredients! Our daughter,

 Ruth, substitutes flax & sunflower meal for flour in

 her pancake batter, adding chocolate chips to the

batter instead of using syrup.
