                 NO BAKE GRANOLA BARS

            Mix together:

                       1 C rolled oats                         1 C Rice Chex or other cereal

                        2 T chia seeds                          2 T ground flax seeds

                       1/4 C pumpkin seeds                2 T choc chips                 

                        1/4 C chopped almonds or other nuts 

                       Warm together & pour over dry ingr ~ 1/3 C honey with 1/2 C nut butter

          Press into an 8 x 8 pan, lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 30 minutes. Cut into bars. Store in separate baggies. Grab & GO!
