                       Debbie’s Hot Chocolate Mix

 
 

Pulse in your Food Processor 1 C ECJ Sugar (our Organic Evaporated Cane Juice Sugar)

After sugar has been ‘refined’, add to the Food Processor:

2 C Morning Moos Powder                          2 T vanilla powder

1 1/2 t almond powder to pull out sweetness w/o added ‘flavor’

1 C white or milk chocolate chips                               1/4 t salt

Process together until well mixed. Store in airtight container.

 
 

TO MAKE COCOA:

Add 1/4 C mix to 10 ounces hot water. Stir well. Add a candy cane for peppermint hot cocoa.
