Another Loew Family favorite.

The ‘fish’ serving platter, Polish pottery,

We specialize in quick , simple & tasty!



· To bake:
          1. Place ‘de-slimed’ fillets in 9 x 13 glass pan.

          2. Spread mayo on fillets, using two spoons to prevent fish       contamination.

          3. Sprinkle Montreal Steak seasoning on mayo. Add     some Sliced lemon &/or onion.

          4. Add 1/2 C water to pan to keep the fish moist. Cover with foil.

          5. Bake at 350 for 20—30 minutes depending on thickness of filets.

· To grill:

          1. Place fillets on foil. Follow same steps 1—3. Add a little Water to the foil ‘envelope.’

          2. Grill until done.
