     Granola II

In large bowl mix:

 

  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup flax meal
  • 1 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 cup nuts, if using raw nuts, add them now
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla powder

 

Add & combine with seeds:

 

  • 12—15 cup rolled 7-Grain mix or freshly rolled oats

 

 


 
  • 1 cup organic coconut oil
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup honey

 

Pour over dry mixture & stir well, about 10 minutes. Spread into three 9×13 inch pans or cookie sheets. Bake at 225° for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent scorching. When golden brown, remove from oven & add nuts and/or fruit of your choice. Cool & store.
