    Granola I

In large bowl, mix:

 

  • 15 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups fresh flour
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup coconut

 

In saucepan, boil:

 

  • 1 stick butter
  • ½ cup EVCO or OCO
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can evaporated milk or coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

 

 


  Pour over oat mixture & mix well. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350° until golden. Stir occasionally. Put back in bowl while hot and stir in nuts, raisins, fruit, etc.
