                      CRANBERRY SAUCE CAKE

Very festive, easy & delicious!

In Bosch Food Processor combine:
    1 C evaporated cane juice sugar
    1 C mayo
    1 can cranberry sauce
    1/3 C orange juice
    1 T orange peel
    3 C freshly milled flour (spelt & soft white pastry)
    1 t soda
    1 t salt
    1 t orange extract

Blend until smooth. Pour into a Bundt pan or tube pan. Bake at 350 until done, according to
pan size. Tube pan takes 60 minutes Bundt pans about 45. Small bundt about 25 minutes.
Drizzle icing if desired with 1 C confectioner’s sugar (evaporated cane juice sugar processed
in the blender) and 1 -2 T of orange juice.
