Wholy Living Recipe
Great for travel, hiking camping… long lasting nutrition in every bite! Fire up the Bosch & start mixing until well creamed, using the cookie paddles: 

1 C peanut butter or other nut butter                            ½ C coconut oil

3 eggs                                                                                 ½ C honey

¾ C homemade brown sugar                                           1 T maple powder



2 ½ C freshly milled flour                                                  1 T baking soda

2 C freshly rolled grains of choice                                    2/3 C chopped or slivered almonds

2/3 C shredded coconut (or chipped)                              2 T ground flax meal

2 T chia seeds                                                                    2/3 C cranberries

1 C chocolate chips, either dark or milk (optional)


  Mix thoroughly, adding flour as needed to make a good cookie. Use the large scoop to fill the silicone mat lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350* until a bit golden, but set, about 13 minutes. Cool & store in airtight container.
