Chicken Rice Broccoli Dinner

This is a great beginner Sizzle Pot recipe! 

Make it a one Pot HEARTY meal!

In Medium size Sizzle Pot, place:
              3 C water

              1/2 C each millet, quinoa & brown rice

              2 T chicken broth

              1/4 C dehydrated vegetable stew mix

              2 chicken breasts

              1 chopped onion

Secure the lid. Turn heat on high until the Pot Sizzles.

Reduce heat to simmer 15 minutes. (Set the timer!)

 

Quickly add 1 1/2 C chopped broccoli. Replace lid.

 

Let rest 15 more minutes.

 

Remove chicken & shred in Bosch bowl using wire whips. Return to pot. Add:

1 C sour cream

Stir well. Top with your favorite grated cheese. Serve!

 

Freezes well. Make a double batch. One for dinner & one for the freezer.
