   Cheese Crackers

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1/8 cup whole millet
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tableespoon olive oil
  • 2—3 cup whole wheat, spelt or 7-grain flour
  • 2 cup shredded cheese

 

Knead in Bosch for 3 minutes then roll out 1/8 inch thick onto sprayed cookie sheet. Prick with a fork and cut with a pizza cutter. Add more salt on top if desired. Bake at 400° for 12—15 minutes or until crisp.

 

Optional taste possibilities:

 

 


 
  • add rosemary
  • dill
  • basil
  • onion
  • garlic
  • pureed vegetable stew blend.
