  Broccoli Sunshine Salad

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon evaporated cane juice sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 3 cups broccoli florets (½ pound)
  • ⅓ cup cranberries
  • ⅓ cup sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup each shredded cheddar cheese & chopped turkey pepperoni

 

 


 

Mix mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients, toss until evenly coated. If the dressing is too thick, thin it with a little vinegar. Stir the salad together just before serving. Store covered in refrigerator.
