Bread Pudding

  • 4-6 slices bread – old and dry is best
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/3-1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup toasted nuts, dried fruit, pineapple, coconut, chocolate chips, etc.

 

 


  Cube bread and place in a greased 2-quart baking dish. Mix other ingredients and pour over bread. Place baking dish inside a pan of water. Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes.
