   Baked Oatmeal

  • 3 cups oats
  • ½ cup honey or sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup applesauce
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup extras – nuts, coconut, dried or fresh fruit

 

 

Mix together and pour into greased 8×8 inch baking dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Stores well in the refrigerator.
