Aunt Polly’s Pear Jello Salad

1. Drain juice from 1 large can pears into a sauce pan. Heat with:

                  2 T Beef Gelatin              3 T sugar

2. Process in blender: 

                   Pears                            1/2 C Cottage Cheese

                   1/2 C mayo                     1 C frozen berries

3. Add dissolved gelatin mixture to pear mixture & blend.

4. Pour into mold & refrigerate until set.
