Our pastor called these a Home Run! I agree.

2#s good quality thawed burger – moose, beef caribou

3 C cooked grains – equal parts barley, quinoa, millet *

3 eggs

½ C sour cream

2 t chili powder

1 packet of fajita mix – optional

Mix all together in your Bosch bowl. Form into a loaf or meatballs. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Top with a mixture of sour cream & salsa.
