Wholy Living Recipe


From the Gregorys
        A much healthier alternative to the commercial wrapped brand!
     4 C freshly rolled oats                                1/4 C flax meal
     1/4 C sesame seeds                                    1/4 C pumpkin seeds
     1/2 C sunflower seeds                                1/2 C walnuts
     1/2 C almonds                                            1/2 C cranberries
     1/2 C apricots or cherries                          1 - 2 T cinnamon
     1/4 t cayenne (optional)                             1  C chocolate chips (my variation)
  Mix well in bowl. Heat until runny, then pour over the seeds mixture.:
     1 C peanut butter                                       1 C honey or agave
     1/2 C coconut oil (my variation, needed more liquid)
  Mix everything well. Spread into a 9 x 13 pan or scoop into balls & roll in shredded coconut.
  Chill. Cut into squares & serve. Vary ingredients to taste.
