Wholy Living Recipe

4 ripened avocados                                  1 lime

2 cloves garlic, minced                             1 roma tomato, diced

½ small sweet onion, diced small

1 jalapeno, seeded and minced fine

dash cumin                                                salt to taste



1. Mash avocados in medium mixing bowl, with fork or pastry cutter.

2. Squeeze juice from lime over the avocado. Add tomato, garlic, onion, jalapenos and cumin and stir until mixed.

3. Add salt to taste.

4. If desired, add 3 T fresh cilantro to the guacamole
