CRANBERRY VANILLA SEED BREAD

Adapted from Cooking with Chef Brad - Those Wonderful Grains

     6 C water                                            6 - 8 C our bread flour mix
     2/3 C olive oil or coconut oil                  2/3 C honey
     2 T vanilla powder                                3 T SAF Instant Yeast            
     3 C Cranberry Seed Mix (your choice of all the seeds from the granola                          bar recipe using almonds)
 
   Mix well in Bosch bowl. Let rest for 20 minutes.
Then add:
     3 T dough enhancer                             2 T Real or Celtic Salt
     1 / 4 C vital wheat gluten if desired  
            
  Gradually add enough flour to make a soft dough that pulls away from the sides of the
    bowl. Continue mixing until gluten develops. Divide into 5 loaves or many dinner rolls.
  Let rise 20 minutes in a warm oven. Bake about 25 minutes or until internal temp is180.
