Spring May Greetings! How exciting to be so close to spring clean up, planting, & summer madness! Let’s get this co-op distribution underway, so we can be off to a busy summer season! Looks like we are pretty well set for the pallets to arrive next week. I’ll email a pick up schedule to everyone who placed a spring order. Missed the spring order? No problem, we have plenty of product arriving, so come on up the last two weeks of May. Most of the distribution should be complete by then.

Here are some product updates:

Himalayan Pink Salt now comes in a 40 oz package instead of 1#. New price is $8.

Since the Celtic Crystals is back ordered, I have Pink Himalayan Crystals coming. Save $8 over the price of the Celtic, $15 vs $23

BRAZIL NUTS back in stock again! 5# is $40, super amazing deal!

Soft White Pastry Berries from Wheat Montana is temporarily unavailable, so we will have 50# organic bags from the Kamut grower for $55 & 25# bags of Organic Heirloom Soft White from Azure for $46. Azure boasts about light, airy flour from their heirloom grain! Here’s their recipe for a pie crust using this unique grain.

Perfect Pie Crust: Mix together 2 1/4 cup Heirloom Soft White, freshly milled flour and 1/2 tsp salt. Warm 2/3 cup coconut oil and 1/3 cup water to make it pourable. Add wet ingredients and stir until just combined. (Don't over mix or the result will be a tougher pastry.) Divide the dough in half, roll between two pieces of parchment paper. Place in two 9" or 10" pie plates for a single crust pie. Or it makes one double crust pie.
